The Sumatra PDF reader is a small, fast, and feature rich PDF viewer which allows you to open, view, and print any PDF file unlike other free PDF readers.

TeamViewer is a remote access program this is the receive part of the system which you can install and when you start it a password is generated you give that to me to use to access your computer from my computer. It generates a new password everytime you start the program so its very secure. I can only access your computer with your consent. Once the session is set up I can help with settings, problems and program installations. I have used this system to support users as far away as Spain with great success.

LibreOffice is a fully compatable replacement for Microsoft Office. It's a complete office suite and it's free but don't let that fool you it's also great. Click on the logo to download it to your desktop or download folder, install it and it will load when you select a document or spread sheet or you can load it from its icon for access to the full package. If you have used Microsoft Office then you will get along with LibreOffice with a little practice.
