The Basics 'Free'

	FIREFOX: If your still using Internet Explorer and would like to experience the web faster and properly try this.
	CCleaner: Is a free Windows system cleaner that speeds up windows.
	SPYBOT: You will have spyware on your computer, remove it with this free program.
	PC Tools: Free anti virus protection, uninstall your current antivirus program, download and install this instead.
	SYNCBACK: a free backup program (please back up your files) it's easy.
	OpenOffice: If Carlsberg made an office suite this would be it and its fully MicroSoft Office compatable
	TeamViewer: a remote access program so I can log into your computer and help.

So these are the basics down load any you need if you don't have programs
covering cleaning, antivirus, spyware removal, backup and office.
Each program should be downloaded to your desk top and installed.
Each program is free has been tested by me and work well. If you need help
contact me bigbanana@talktalk.net and using TeamViewer I can install them for you.
