In a former career I worked as a corporate communications specialist in a number of global blue-chip companies in London. I understand the complex interactions and stresses of those high-pressure environments and the effects they can have.  I can offer that insight for those seeking therapy for problems at work.

Dealing with a personality disordered person at work or being subject to bullying by one colleague or mobbing by a group of them can leave deep impacts that last for years.

As well as that, in the workplace we can unconsciously create the dynamics that existed in our upbringing and then find ourselves having to deal with the original challenges all over again. Looking at how you bring that about and why, enhancing self-confidence and self-acceptance, developing assertiveness and learning to function in a more self-protective way in the workplace can be extremely useful.
